Childrens Park in Guindy and Arignar Anna Zoo in Vandalur that are usually seen crowded with people and kids has been receiving a very few visitors in the past five days, obviously due to heavy rain showers in the city and its suburbs.
In the 41 flood relief camps present in Chennai, there are over 6,136 people staying in. 28 of these camps are set up at corporation-run schools and 13 of them are in marriage halls.
