Protests in Marina Beach banned

The Tamil Nadu Police has banned protest meetings from Napier Bridge to Light House along the Marina Beach. The police department has mentioned that ban is in force in some of the important places.

Changes needed in Education Policy

Sarathkumar, film actor and the President of the SPP (Samathuva People’s Party) observed on Sunday (29th January) that the Tamil Nadu state’s education policy including the Balanced education System should be changed.

Passport Mela on 4th February

The Regional Passport Office, Chennai is conducting Passport Mela at Passport Seva Kendras (PSKs) at Aminjikarai, Tambaram and Saligramam on 4th February. Registration for this Mela will take place today.
