The Chennai corporation’s school mental health program began two months ago. Now, the project’s team is thinking of implementing individual session for each and every student who is in need of the program.
In view of the upcoming Global Investors Meet, the Chennai Corporation has relaid 55 roads across the city. Lane marking will be undertaken over this week. The Corporation has also drained out stagnant water in the surrounding areas.

Not many roads depict commuter chaos more than NSC Bose Road. Apart from the heavy traffic created by the vehicles, there is about one lakh footfalls on this road each and every day. There are pedestrians, two wheeler riders, vehicles parked and vendors on this road during the peak hours.
The Kandaleru Poondi Canal is getting a much needed makeover. The canal transports water from the river Krishna from Andhra Pradesh, all the way to Chennai. The repair work will make the water flow faster and prevent silt build up.
