A new scheme to facilitate withdrawal of pension without employers approval
EPFO (Employees Provident Fund Organisation) has introduced a new format 10D based on Unique Account Number (UAN) for the subscribers of EPF (Employees Provident Fund).With the introduction of this new system, the EPF subscribers can withdraw the pension even without approval from their employers.

3.6 lakh Twitter accounts get blocked
Since mid of last year, Twitter has blocked about 3.6 lakh accounts all of which violated usage rules. In a note about this, Twitter has stated that they have blocked these many Twitter accounts following complaints about actions endorsing terrorism.

Patrol cycles give helping hands to the cops
