Earlier, traffic diversions were made in and around the Kutchery Road in Mylapore in Chennai on a trial basis to facilitate the works of CMRL.

Traffic to get affected on both sides of ECR?
At ECR or East Coast Road in Chennai, a temporary diversion stretch would be constructed and this would be to facilitate the laying of water pipes between Nemmeli desalination plant and Pallavaram on the GST Road.
