Traffic changes announced due to Metro Rail; Project activities in Chennai!

The Traffic Police Department has announced certain changes due to the Chennai Metro Rail Project activities in progress in Mambalam (T Nagar) from tomorrow (Sunday, 25th December) for a week!
In a notification released by the Chennai Metro City Traffic Police Department in this regard, it is mentioned:\" The Chennai Metro Rail PProject are to be undertaken in Mambalam from the Mambalam Main Road Thegaraya Gramani Saalai Junction to Habibullah Road Junction.
As such, it has been planned to carry out certain traffic changes from tomorrow (Sunday, 25th December) until 31st December for a week ON A TRIAL BASIS in Thegaraya Road and Habibullah Road and the adjacent surrounding areas
Accordingly, in the Mambalam Road, from Thegaraya Gramani Road Junction to Habibullah Road Junction TRAFFIC IS BLOCKED!
The Light commercial vehicles, proceeding from Mambalam Main Road to Kodambakkam Overbridge Road are blocked at the Thegaraya Gramani Road Junction and MUST proceed via Thegaraya Road, North Usman Road, and Habibullah Road.
The Light Commercial Vehicles proceeding from Mambalam Main Road Kodambakkam Overbridge to Thyagaranagar have to proceed via Habibullah Road and North Usman Road.
