Western Ghats Districts on Alert as IMD Predicts Light to Moderate Rain
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a weather alert for districts along the Western Ghats, following the formation of a lower-level atmospheric circulation over the Lakshadweep region and the adjoining southeast Arabian Sea.

Northeast Monsoon Update
The IMD stated that the Northeast Monsoon is likely to withdraw within the next two days from Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, and adjoining south Indian regions.
