Free AI Training by Tamil Nadu Government: Eligibility, Schedule & Registration Details
The Tamil Nadu government is offering free Artificial Intelligence (AI) training for youth, with special focus on app development and drone technology. With AI becoming a key driver in modern technological development, interest among students and young professionals is rapidly increasing. To support this, the state has announced two dedicated training programs.
The Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Institute (EDII) in Chennai is conducting a 3-day hands-on training on creating applications using Artificial Intelligence.
What the Training Covers
Participants will receive practical training in:
- AI-based websites and app development
- Building automated systems
- Creating an app and pitching it to investors
- Drone technology and media drone training
The drone module includes:
- Drone cinematography
- Aerial photography
- DGCA regulations
- Aviation safety practices
Training Schedule
- AI App Development Training: November 11 to November 13
- Drone Technology Training: November 18 to November 20
- Timings: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Eligibility
- Must be 18 years or above
- Must have passed 10th standard
- Basic computer knowledge is required
