Important news!! From Today the students can apply for the plus 2 supplementary examinations!!
From 25th of June onwards, the supplementary examinations would take place for plus 2 students in TN. In this scenario, from today 14th May onwards the students could start applying for the supplementary exams. This was mentioned by the directorate of government examination or DGE.
The eagerly anticipated plus two results were announced on 8th May 2025 is known. In this, 95.03% students have been successful. In this situation, the supplementary exams for plus 2 students would be conducted from 25th of June to 2nd of July. Applications are invited from individual candidates and school students etc.
The school students must go to their respective schools and apply for the supplementary exams from 14th May to 29th May. Those individual candidates must visit the education service centres that are present district wise and pay their exam fees and get their applications registered.
Applying through Tatkal method:
It is learnt that those students who have not applied for the supplementary exams could apply through tatkal on 30th and 31st of May 2025. It is known that tatkal is a process of registering on a short notice. Here, the students must pay Rs 1000 in addition to the exam fees. Point is that those students who have studied in government and government aided schools need not pay this amount.

Acknowledgement receipt would be given to the students while applying and the students must keep this receipt safely. As per DGE, it is clear that the hall tickets for the supplementary exams could be downloaded by the students with the help of the application number that is present in the receipt
