Tamil Nadu Agriculture Rank List 2026 Out: 24,435 Candidates Eligible for TNAU Counselling

The Tamil Nadu Agriculture Rank List 2026 has been released, with 24,435 candidates declared eligible for online counselling for admissions to agriculture colleges across the state.

According to Agriculture Minister R. Vinoth, a total of 26,709 applications were received, of which 24,435 candidates, including 15,757 women, qualified after the verification process.

Online counselling will fill 2,856 seats in government agriculture colleges and 3,051 seats in government-aided institutions. Most eligible candidates applied under the academic stream, while others applied through the vocational stream and the quota for students from other states.

The minister also announced the top two rank holders as M. Merlin from Cuddalore and R.P. Madhavarajan from Erode. Candidates can check the rank list and counselling details on the official TNAU admission portal.
