Tamil Nadu SSLC and Class 11 Public Exam Results to Be Announced Early on May 16
In a significant update for students and parents, the Tamil Nadu School Education Department has officially announced that the SSLC (Class 10) and Class 11 public examination results will be declared earlier than originally scheduled.
According to the official timetable, the SSLC results were initially set to be released on Monday, May 19. However, amid widespread speculation over the past few days regarding an early release, the department has now confirmed the revised date.
Following a meeting between School Education Minister Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi and officials from the Directorate of Government Examinations, it has been decided that the results will be declared on Thursday, May 16.
As per the new schedule:
- Class 10 (SSLC) results will be announced in the morning
- Class 11 results will follow in the afternoon on the same day.
This early release is expected to help students plan their next academic steps without delay.
