Online admissions for arts and science

The admissions for getting in all the government arts and science and polytechnic college shall be applied online, says the Ministry of Tamilnadu Higher Education. In the peak of corona infections, the government has already begun the admissions for engineering colleges online. Since the release of the results of class 12 marks, the admissions for arts and science colleges and polytechnic colleges can be applied through online processes.
On the press release, the ministry of higher education has announced that there are 109 arts and science colleges and 51 polytechnic colleges undertaken by the government. These colleges provide almost 92,000 under graduation courses. Along with seats provides by 3 colleges under the department of technical education and the department of commercial education, there are 16,890 seats provided by these government institutions. On a new initiative, the government has decided to begin the application process online. www.tngasa.in and www.tndceonline.org websites are for the admissions in arts and science colleges. www.tngptc.in and www.tnggptc.com web links are arranged for the application process in the polytechnic colleges across the state.
