NEET UG 2026 Fee Refund: Last Day to Update Bank Details; Candidates Must Complete Process by 11:50 PM Today

Following allegations of a question paper leak during the NEET UG 2026 examination held on May 3, the National Testing Agency (NTA) cancelled the exam and conducted a re-examination on June 21 for more than 20 lakh candidates.

The NTA has now announced that only 8,29,510 candidates have updated or corrected their bank account details on the official website so far. As a result, a large number of eligible students may miss out on receiving their examination fee refund if they fail to complete the required process within the deadline.

Today (July 7) is the final day for candidates to update their bank account details for the NEET UG 2026 fee refund. The online facility will remain open until 11:50 PM.

Candidates who have not yet submitted or corrected their bank account details are advised to immediately log in to the official NEET website and complete the process.

Those who update their bank details before the deadline will be included in the next phase of the fee refund process. Candidates who fail to update their details by 11:50 PM on July 7 may experience delays in receiving their refund or could even forfeit the refund amount.
