Skill test for rural students on 27th September
Skill test for rural students is scheduled to be conducted throughout Tamil Nadu on 27th September. More than 45000 students (boys & girls) are participating.
A skill test, known as TRUST (Tamil Nadu Rural Students Skill Test), is conducted to assess the student`s ability, especially from rural area studying in both government sector & private sector schools in rural areas with the exception of Chennai district.
Students studying 9th Standard are eligible to write this test. Annual Family income should be less than Rs. 1 Lakh.
Through this test, 50 boy students and 50 girl students from each district (excluding Chennai) will be selected and a scholarship of Rs. 1000/- per year will be offered to these 3100 students till they complete +2.
TRUST for this year is scheduled on 27th September. More than 45000 students (boys & girls) are participating.
