Weather Forecast for the Next Seven Days

According to the RMC, a coastal trough extending from South Gujarat to Central Kerala persists at mean sea level, influencing weather conditions across southern India.

July 8 and July 9, 2026

Nilgiris district is likely to receive heavy rainfall accompanied by strong winds of 50 - 60 kmph at isolated places.

Other districts along the Western Ghats may experience moderate rainfall with similar wind speeds.

Light to moderate rain is expected at isolated places across the rest of Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Karaikal.
