Chennai Metro Water: How to Book Online

Residents can book Chennai Metro water tankers conveniently through the official portal: https://dfw.chennaimetrowater.in/.
Steps for Booking:
1. Register: First-time users must register by providing details such as zone, warden, bill number, and sub-code.
2. Book Tanker: After registration, enter your mobile number under the "Book a Water Tanker" option and generate an OTP.
3. Confirm Booking: Enter the OTP, choose tanker capacity, select the delivery date, and submit.
4. Payment: Pay via UPI, credit/debit cards, or cheque.
Tanker Capacities and Charges:
- 6 KL: Domestic – ₹475 | Commercial – ₹735
- 9 KL: Domestic – ₹700 | Commercial – ₹1,050
- 19 KL: Domestic – ₹1,200 | Commercial – ₹1,785
