Two TET Exams Announced in TRB Annual Exam Schedule 2026
The Teacher Recruitment Board (TRB), Tamil Nadu, has released the annual examination schedule for 2026, announcing two Teacher Eligibility Tests (TET) in the same year.
According to the schedule, the first TET exam will be conducted in July 2026, while the second TET exam is scheduled for December 2026. Notifications for these exams will be released in May and October respectively.
In addition, TRB will conduct recruitment exams for Assistant Professors, Graduate Teachers, Block Resource Teacher Educators, and other teaching positions. The State Eligibility Test (SET) and the Chief Minister’s Research Fellowship (CMRF) examination will be held in September 2026.
TRB clarified that the released schedule is tentative and subject to change. Detailed vacancy information and official notifications will be published on the Teacher Recruitment Board’s official website.
