Rain Likely in Tamil Nadu for Two More Days; Chennai to Receive Widespread Showers
Tamil Nadu is expected to receive rainfall today and tomorrow, with Chennai and several other districts likely to witness moderate to widespread showers, according to weather updates.
Rainfall activity is forecast to intensify from January 24 night through January 25, bringing good rain from Chennai to the Delta districts. On January 26, rainfall is expected mainly over interior and southern districts of Tamil Nadu.
Several coastal and inland districts including Chennai, Chengalpattu, Tiruvallur, Kanchipuram, Cuddalore, Villupuram, Tiruvannamalai, Vellore, Ranipet, Salem, Ariyalur, Perambalur, Thanjavur, Tiruvarur, Nagapattinam, Puducherry, and Karaikal are likely to receive rainfall.

After this spell, a dry period is expected to follow across the state.
