No changes in schools opening
Education Secretary Sabitha has clearly mentioned that there will be no postponement in opening the school and all the schools will be opened on 1st June.

Power Shutdown Areas in Chennai (Wednesday) - 29.05.2013
Power supply will be suspended in the following areas on the following dates in the following areas between 9.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. for maintenance work. Supply will be resumed before 5.00 P.M. if the works are completed.
