South west monsoon delayed by one day
India Meteorological Department has mentioned the onset of the south west monsoon will be delayed by one day. Rains would hit Kerala coast on June 9.

Chennai gets pounding rains yesterday, tonight is going to be no different.
After, 2011 cloudburst on June 6th when trains were stopped wen 75 mm fell in a hour and June 9th 2014 smashing rains, it 2016 to see smashing 50 mm fell in 40 mins in city. See the rainfall accumulation in radar PAC.
