Strong Sea Breeze front is seen moving into City and storms seen near the mountain ranges of Nagari and Vellore.
There are isolated storms Near Nagari will move to Pulicat, so no chance for to get rains from that.

Rains expected today in Tamil Nadu
There have been rains in some parts of Tamil Nadu. An official of the regional metrological centre has mentioned: Today there will be rains in one or two places in Tamil Nadu due to convection.

Micro storms to interact with very strong seabreeze front
This is one of the strongest sea breeze front moving in (Refer pic) and there are some micro storms (podi storms) around Tambaram belt. Some more small storms are also forming around Nagari mountains.

Chennai Meteorological Centre report: 40% excess rains in Tamil Nadu
