Severe Cyclone Mora hits Bangladesh, heavy rains in Northeast India
Severe cyclone Mora has crossed Bangladesh coast near Chittagong as per the Bangladesh Meteorological Department around 7:00 AM. The speed of the winds at the time of landfall were between 90 kmph and 120 kmph.

Heat will reduce gradually as Southwest monsoon is set to start soon
The director of the Chennai Meteorological centre informed that there are prospects of the intensity of heat reducing gradually as the Southwest monsoon is set to start in Kerala.
