Good rains in OMR-ECR and still continuing. Sathyabama University (near Shollinganallur) records 77 mm while Kelambakkam records 70 mm. Some clouds popping out here and there.

Kanchipuram, Tiruvallur, and Chennai turn will again come in the nights to mornings. Meanwhile, its pouring in western Chennai. Rainfall in KTC and TN on 21.11.2019 in mm, some readings will be less due to cut-off at 6.00 am.
