Lunar eclipse - Tirupathi temple to be closed on 31st January
TTD (Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanams) has informed that the Tirupathi temple will be closed on 31st January on the occasion of the lunar eclipse.

Lunar eclipse on 31st Jan - Tirupathi temple corridors to remain closed for 10 hrs 30 mins
A lunar eclipse will occur from 5.18 PM to 8.41 PM on 31st January. On this occasion, the Tirupathi temple corridors will be closed 6 hours before the lunar eclipse starts.

Arjitha Seva resumed at Tirupathi temple
Due to the sacred occasion of Vaikunta Ekadasi, Vaikunta Dwadasi, and the English New Year, the regular sevas such as Arjitha Seva had been cancelled by the TTD (Thirumalai Tirupathi Devsthanam Board) for a few days.

TTD: Darshan permission card system will be implemented in March
TTD (Tirumalai Tirupathi Devasthanam Board) Executive Officer Anil Kumar Singhal has informed that the system of issuing Darshan Permission Card will be implemented in March.
