Installation of solar panels on the roofs of metro stations done by CMRL
To harness solar energy CMRL or Chennai Metropolitan Rail Limited has done this. The CMRL has installed as many as 4 solar panels on the roofs of 4 metro stations plus at the Koyambedu metro depot.
