Along with brain, heat, lungs and liver, kidneys are very important organs in us and any issue in the kidneys could disrupt our normal lives. Changes in urine frequency:
When the person is normal and healthy, then he or she would urinate 6 to 10 times in a day. It must be taken into account that when a person has damaged kidneys then he or she would urinate frequently or too little also. There are also chances of blood or excess forth in the urine.

Dry and itchy skin:
