TN Govt Health Dept New Order: Appointment as doctors for 500 candidates who studied medicine abroad!

The State Government of Tamil Nadu has approved the recruitment of 500 medical candidates (doctors) who have studied abroad to commence recruitment to function as doctors!
There has been a prevailing legal Act which permitted ONLY YHOSE WHO HAD WORKED FOR AT LEAST A YEAR IN THE DIRECTORATE OF MEDICAL HEALTH! However, the State Government of Tamil Nadu has relaxed this regulation recently to permit direct recruitment as government doctors!
As such, with the prevailing raging resurgent coronavirus pandemic spreading fast and wide, the State Government of Tamil Nadu has informed that the Department of Health is going ahead with the recruitment of 500 candidates who had completed medical courses abroad!
There was another legal Act/Regulation that candidates who had completed medical courses abroad had to deposit charges of Rs. 5 Lakhs! However, considering the prevalent condition of the raging spread of the resurgent coronavirus pandemic, and the requirement for doctors to provide healthcare in this challenging situation, the State Government of Tamil Nadu has decided to recruit them!
