Intake of foods rich in vitamin C:

Intake of giloy juice:

It must be noted that giloy juice is superb for both dengue as well for chikungunya. To water is added drops of giloy juice and then it is consumed 2 times a day. Overconsumption of giloy juice must be avoided.

Intake of green leafy veggies:

It is believed that we could control the symptoms associated with chikungunya if we consume green leafy vegetables. This is due to the fact that these green leafy veggies have many nutrients in them.

Intake of soups:

A person having chikungunya could take tomato sups and avoid non-vegetarian soups to get relief. Intake of carrot soup is also considered good for the health for those having chikungunya.
