TN CM: Assistance of Rs. 1000 each to be given to 20 Lakhs workers

Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, E. Palaniswamy, announced that financial assistance of Rs. 1000 each will be given to the employees working in the 12 Welfare Commissions/Boards in the state.
Further, he informed that for the employee who lost his/her life while in service, financial assistance of Rs. 10 Lakhs will be given to his/her family and based on the academic qualifications, one member of the family will be given a state government job.
