The Pollution Control Board informed that there has been a substantial reduction in the air pollution level - thanks to the imposed lockdown condition!
Usually, the Air Quality Index in Chennai is around 100. But presently, with all the vehicles off the road and the industries closed, the air quality now measures between 24 and 51: A substantial reduction indeed!
