A good opportunity for those who failed to renew the Employment Exchange Registration!

Chennai District Collector Vijayarani has informed that an opportunity is given to the citizens who had failed to renew their Employment Exchange Registration on its expiry!

In a notification released by the Chennai District Collector in this regard, it is mentioned:

“The State Government of Tamil Nadu has released a G. O. (Government Order) for the citizens who had registered at the Employment Exchange at the Chennai Metro City Santhome Office of the Chennai District Job Opportunity and Guidance during the period from the year 2014 until the year 2018 (from 01.01.2014 to 31.12.2019) and failed to renew the same TIO RENEW AND GET THEIR RENEWED EMPLOYMENT EXCHANGE REGISTRATION CARDS!”

As such, as per the above Government Order, from the date of release of the GO 2nd December, the citizens can renew their Employment Exchange Registration until 1st March (3 months) by visiting the official website of the Tamil Nadu State Government Department of Job Opportunities and Training and renew their Employment Exchange Registration!

The Chennai District Collector has further informed: For the citizens who cannot renew visiting the website on the internet, they can apply for renewal and send the application for renewal by Registered Post to the respective District Employment Exchange Office.
