If the mark-sheet is lost:

Who to approach? School Headmaster/principal and the District Education Officer

What are the documents required?
  • A copy of the mark-sheet
  • School transfer certificate
  • Receipt of payment
What are the charges?
  • 10th Standard Public Examination mark-sheet - Rs. 105
  • Higher Secondary Public Examination (2) List - Rs. 505
Time Limit: 60 days from the date of application

Procedure
  • Obtaining a certificate from the Department of Police that they could not trace the same having given a complaint regarding the same
  • Obtain an application from the school attended, fill it up, and obtain the signature of the Tahsildar.
  • With a cover letter, attach all the required documents and send them to the District Education Officer.
  • He will publish this in the government journal and send it to the Director of the School Examination Board.
  • Private candidates need to send directly to the Directorate of the Examination Department Director.
  • For the mark-sheet of the degree courses and further higher education - examination mark-sheets duplicate, one should approach the concerned university.
