TNPSC Extends Deadline to Pay Main Exam Fee for Group 2 and Group 2A Exams
The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has announced an extension of time to pay the main examination fee for Group 2 and Group 2A services, giving candidates a final opportunity to complete the required formalities.
According to an official notification issued by TNPSC Controller of Examinations Shanmuga Sundaram, the Group 2 and Group 2A main examinations are scheduled as follows:
February 8 (Forenoon): Group 2A Main Examination
February 8 (Afternoon): Tamil Eligibility Test
February 22 (Forenoon): Group 2 Main Examination
Fee Payment and Certificate Upload Status
TNPSC revealed that:
- 766 candidates have not yet paid the main examination fee
- 113 differently-abled candidates have failed to upload their valid disability certificates
To ensure that eligible candidates do not miss the examination, the One Time Registration (OTR) deadline has been extended until February 2 afternoon.
Important Instructions for Candidates
- Candidates must pay the examination fee and upload required certificates through the official website: www.tnpsc.gov.in
- Differently-abled candidates must ensure that valid disability certificates are uploaded within the extended deadline
- No further extension will be granted under any circumstances
TNPSC has urged all pending candidates to complete the process within the revised timeline to avoid disqualification from the upcoming main examinations.
