Following a three-stage tender process, Raasi Builders quoted ₹3.78 crore, securing the L1 position among the participating contractors.

The quoted amount is around 32% lower than the PWD’s estimated project cost of ₹5.54 crore. Raasi Builders will therefore undertake the work for ₹3.78 crore.
