Get EPFO dues cleared within 5 days

In just 5 days, all the employees who’ve got Aadhar card can easily get their Provident Fund dues cleared out of EPFO. This will not require any sort of intervention by the employers.
As a move to encourage Aadhar seeding, it is essential to give priority to online claims. Hence, the field offices are requested to clear all online claims within a time span of 5 days.
Verification of Aadhar for all the members are to be made faster so that they can avail the facility earlier, said the Central Provident Fund Organization Commissioner V P Joy in a meeting last week.
The online process does not involve any sort of intervention by the employer at any point of time, thus making the entire process friendly and easier to the employers. There are 3 forms included in the online formality. The form 19 to withdraw benefits, Form 10C to get pension and Form 31 to partly withdraw the PF amount. Employees should give out the Composite Claim Forms. To note, the EPFO had announced the Member Interface of Unified Portal of all employees recently.
