Madurai - Chennai Air India Express Flight Service to Be Cancelled From October 25

The Air India Express flight service between Madurai and Chennai will be discontinued from October 25, according to an announcement.

Air India has been operating its Chennai - Madurai air service for 68 years, making it a long-standing connection between the two Tamil Nadu cities.

With Air India stopping its flight service on the Chennai–Madurai route, IndiGo will become the only airline operating flights on this route, according to the announcement.

The change is expected to affect passengers travelling regularly between Madurai and Chennai, who will need to rely on the remaining airline service from October 25.
