Domestic LPG E-KYC Deadline Extended to August 31

The deadline for completing E-KYC registration for domestic LPG cylinders has been extended to August 31, 2026, providing consumers additional time to complete the process.

The deadline was earlier announced as August 23, with today set to be the final day for registration. However, reports now indicate that the deadline has been extended until August 31.

The Union Government had made E-KYC verification mandatory for domestic LPG consumers as part of measures to prevent the misuse and illegal diversion of LPG cylinders, including black-market sales.

Consumers who have not yet completed their E-KYC are advised to complete the verification process before the revised deadline.
