The Independence Day and Krishna Jayanthi festival are fast approaching now. In this scenario, the ticker prices of omni buses and flights have shot up many times now suddenly.
From tomorrow that 15th August to 17th August due to Independence Day and the Krishna Jayanthi weekend there are 3 continuous holidays for the educational institutions etc.
As a result of these continuous holidays, people from Chennai, Coimbatore etc have been moving to their hometowns to spend quality time with their families. The tickets in government express buses and trains etc are sold out now and due to this the omni bus operators are making hay now. They have increased the ticket prices many times.
It is worth noting that the omni bus ticket fares have gone up to Rs 4000 now in the buses operating from Chennai to places like Tirunelveli and Madurai etc in south Tamil Nadu.
The omni bus ticket fares have gone up to Rs 2000 now in the buses operating from Chennai to other places like Coimbatore, Tiruppur etc.
On the other hand, the flight ticket prices have increased three times now. The shocking truth is that ticket fares have gone up to Rs 23000 in those flights operating from Chennai to places like Thoothukudi and Coimbatore etc.
