Will power be restored before the announced time?

In many parts of Chennai, power is often restored before the announced end time when maintenance or repair work is completed earlier than expected. This helps minimize inconvenience for residents and ensures that normal electricity supply resumes as soon as it is safe to do so.
Although scheduled timings provide a general guideline, the electricity department consistently aims to restore power at the earliest possible time once all technical work is completed.
