Dak Adalat to address grievances

In order to redress grievances, senior superintendent of post offices, Chennai city south division, will hold a `Dak Adalat` at his office at T Nagar at 3pm on March 27. Complaints regarding postal services that have not been settled within six weeks of filing will be entertained. Complaints related to unregistered registered mails, speed post, counter services, saving banks and non-payment of money orders will also be considered.
