Air India Express opens contact centre in Chennai

Air India Express has set up a contact centre in Chennai to provide assistance to customers on booking related enquiries.The contact centre will provide assistance round-the-clock and customers can get answers to their queries in different languages such as Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, and English. Passengers can book flight tickets or change their bookings. They can also book extra baggage or block specific seats. All credit card payments will be through secure IVRS channels.
