Chennai Trade Centre or CTC has touched the hearts of many Corona patients due to its facilities and hospitality

The largest Corona virus care centre in the district, CTC or Chennai Trade Centre is now the talk of the town.

Many persons who were admitted in this CTC at Nandambakkam were happy regarding the facilities there. The trade centre was clean and maintained well 24/7 and food was supplied to the Corona virus patients on time. Information collected is persons at Chennai based Stanley Medical College Hospital were unhappy about the facilities especially hospitality there.

A resident belonging to Choolai in Chennai spoke his heart out. He explained about how in his family 4 got affected with Corona virus and how his mother was admitted to RGGGH. He added that he was admitted to CTC in Nandambakkam whereas his brother and his wife were admitted to SMCH.  Poor hospitality and food were the issues faced by those admitted in RGGGH and SMCH.

This resident of Choolai expressed his happiness about his mother who had recovered from Corona virus issue inspite of having co-morbidities. At the CTC in Nandambakkam, breakfast, lunch, dinner, kabasura kudineer were served n time to all those admitted due to Covid-19.

A resident belonging to Washermanpet revealed about her experiences in SMCH where she was treated for Corona virus issue. The resident mentioned that the doctors were very kind but the staffs did nothing to comfort the patients. 

She then spoke about the food that was below standard. Finally, she revealed that the first few days were scary and then she got adjusted to the environment at the hospital.

As per a senior official belonging to Public Health and Family welfare department, the medical staffs worked tirelessly without any rest and leave. 

The public were not providing their support to these medical staffs. He hinted that in the future the issue regarding the hospitality would not be there as the officials of the government hospitals would be informed about this.
