Gold Price Today (April 30, 2026 - Evening Update): Prices Rise After Morning Stability
After remaining steady in the morning, gold prices saw a noticeable increase during the evening session on April 30, 2026. The rise comes a day after a sharp drop in prices, indicating a slight recovery in the market.
As per the latest update, the price of 22-carat gold has increased by ₹200 per gram, taking it to ₹14,100 per gram. The price for one sovereign (8 grams) now stands at ₹1,12,800. Similarly, 18-carat gold has also gone up by ₹200 per gram and is currently priced at ₹11,775.
Silver prices have followed the same trend, registering a small increase in the evening. The metal is now priced at ₹270 per gram, up by ₹10 from the morning rate. On a larger scale, silver is being traded at ₹2,70,000 per kilogram.
