ISKCON Chennai, located at Hare Krishna Land, Sholinganallur on East Coast Road (ECR), is one of the most popular Krishna temples in Chennai. The temple is dedicated to Sri Sri Radha Krishna, Lalita Vishaka, Jagannath, Baladeva and Subhadra, and Sri Sri Nitai Gauranga. It was inaugurated on April 26, 2012, and is part of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON), which has hundreds of centers worldwide.
Spread across 1.5 acres, the temple features beautiful architecture inspired by the Pallava and Kalinga styles. Devotees visit the temple daily to participate in aratis, bhajans, spiritual discourses, and festivals.
