To manage the expected passenger rush, Southern Railway has announced a special unreserved MEMU train between Tirupati and Chennai Beach on September 20.
According to the railway announcement, the special train will depart from Tirupati at 1:00 AM on September 20 and reach Chennai Beach Railway Station at 4:30 AM on the same day.
In the return direction, the special MEMU train will leave Chennai Beach at 5:00 AM on September 20 and reach Renigunta at 8:40 AM.
The special train will stop at several important stations, including Renigunta, Puttur, Ekambarakuppam, Tiruttani, Arakkonam, Tiruvallur and Perambur, providing additional travel options for passengers.
The special service is expected to benefit passengers travelling between Tirupati, Tiruvallur, Arakkonam and Chennai, particularly during periods of increased passenger demand.
