Chennai MTC Bus Route Update: Mandaveli Bus Stand Temporarily Shifted from August 27

The Greater Chennai Metropolitan Transport Corporation (MTC) has announced a temporary relocation of buses departing from the Mandaveli Bus Stand, effective from August 27, 2025. This strategic move aims to reduce congestion and streamline operations in the area.
New Bus Boarding Points:
Mandaveli Railway Station – Routes: 21, 41D, S17, 49K, S5
Pattinapakkam Bus Stand – Route: 49F
Luz Corner – Routes: 12M, 5B
Monthly passes and senior citizen free travel tokens will be issued at Pattinapakkam Bus Stand during this period.
These changes are temporary and passengers are advised to check MTC updates regularly and plan their travel accordingly.
