Booking for Tambaram-Nellai Summer Special Trains Begins

Booking for the Tambaram-Nellai Summer Special train opened at 8:30 am on Thursday. As per the announcement, weekly special fare trains will run between Tambaram-Nellai during the summer holidays. These special trains will operate for 12 consecutive weeks starting from April.
The special train will depart from Nellai every Sunday at 7:20 pm and from Tambaram every Monday at 10:20 pm during the months of April, May, and June. The trains will also depart from Tirunelveli on April 2, 9, 16, 23, 30; May 7, 14, 21, 28; and on June 4, 11, 18, and 25 at 7:20 pm and reach Tambaram at 9:20 am the next day.
The trains will depart from Tambaram on April 3, 10, 17, 24; May 1, 8, 15, 22, 29; and on June 5, 12, 19, and 26 at 10:20 pm and reach Tirunelveli at 10:40 am the next day.
The Tambaram-Nellai Summer Special Trains will pass through Thenkasi, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar, Madurai, Trichy, Virutthachalam, Villupuram, and Chengalpattu.
