Prospects for medium rain in the next 3 hours in 20 districts in Tamil Nadu!

The Chennai Regional Meteorological Centre has informed that there are prospects for medium rain in the next 3 hours in 20 districts in Tamil Nadu due to the cyclonic format in the upper layers of the atmosphere over Tamil Nadu!
Due to the cyclonic format prevailing in the lower layers of the atmosphere over the south Tamil Nadu and adjacent regions, there are prospects for widespread mild to medium rain with lightning and thunder in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Karaikkal.
There are prospects for heavy to very heavy rains in 1 or 2 places in Nilgiri and Coimbatore districts.
There are prospects for heavy rains in 1 or 2 places in Chennai, Thiruvallur, Kanchipuram, Ranippettai, Thiruvannamalai, Chengalpattu, Cuddalore, Villupuram, Kallakkurichi, Ariyalur, Nagappattinam, Trichy, Perambalur, Mayiladuthurai, Thanjavur, Thiruvarur, Pudhukkottai, Sivagangai, Ramanathapuram, and Karur districts.
As regards Chennai Metro City, the sky will remain somewhat cloudy. There are prospects for mild to medium rain with lightning and thunder in a few parts of the city. The maximum temperature will be 34 Degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature will be 26 Degrees Celsius.
