We all fall sick in our lives at some point of time!!

It is a fact that unhealthy habits hinder the healthy life of us. It is believed that bad habits do not necessarily include the extreme health choices that a person would make but it also includes eating junk foods, not sleeping well etc. Most of us lead sedentary lifestyles now and in this scenario the choices of food are very important and it can also make us ill.

It is important that a person follow these ways to avoid getting sick. These are

By eliminating unhealthy foods:
We eat both healthy as well as unhealthy foods. It is essential that we eliminate the unhealthy foods that could harm our health. Processed foods, junk foods etc must be avoided totally for the sake of good health. By this, we can avoid falling sick.

By detoxification:
It is possible to detoxify the body by consuming raw juice. Truth is that drinking cabbage juice would provide us with numerous benefits. Other examples are beetroot juice, watermelon juice, celery and tomato juice etc.

By including proteins:
Every day, we must consume atleast 50gms of protein for the sake of our health. By this, we would be able to stay away from getting sick.

By losing weight:
Those who are overweight are at a high risk of getting several health issues like BP, diabetes, obesity, heart issues etc. Therefore, losing weight is very important and it forms a part of staying healthy. It is essential to do exercises for atleast half an hour every day.

By eating dinner before 7pm:
Majority of us eat dinner around 9pm due to some reason or the other. It is advised to have dinner by 7pm in the evening. By this, we can have superb digestion and it would ensure sound sleep. It would help us to avoid falling sick.

By avoiding stress:
It is a well known fact that stress is responsible for several health issues in us. Hence, it is important to avoid stress to be healthy. Stress can be avoided by doing meditation, deep breathing exercises, yoga etc. By this, we can avoid falling ill.
