Online Counselling for admission to current year engineering courses commences!

Online Counselling for admission to the Engineering Courses has commenced throughout Tamil Nadu.
In the first phase, counselling is conducted for the candidates who are sports specialists, differently-abled, heirs of ex-army personnel who fall under the ‘special category’!
The counselling will be done for a total number of 151870 seats. 139033 candidates have qualified for the counselling.
51 Help Centres have been set up throughout the State of Tamil Nadu for the counselling sessions.
Candidates who do not have access to the internet in their residences can visit the Help Centers in their respective districts and attend the counselling.
For the candidates who are students from the government and government-aided colleges, a 7.5% quota of seats has been allotted.
It is worth noting that this academic year’s counselling will be spread over 5 sessions.
